Following the creation of our trust a need for Customer Excellence training was identified and Keystar were recommended to me to deliver this training for our staff. From my initial contact with Marcella to commissioning the training, the service provided was first class and the course content was exactly what was required. All of the facilitators of the sessions were professional, engaging and knew the subject area, course material was also first class.
