We bought Keystar onboard in May 2012 and used them throughout the year and into 2013 to run our softskill courses.
They offer a wide range of courses at all levels and the option to fully bespoke each course to meet individual, team and business needs. Keystar allow direct contact with their trainers enabling us to arrange conference calls with them and our staff to discuss directly with the trainer what we want from the course and have our very own course outline created.
All staff and their trainers are very friendly and helpful and will always go the ‘extra mile’ to deliver what they have promised and more!
Providing us with feedback from each individual course the very next day and with further information/reports on request.

Bobbie, we were very pleased with the success of our recent Away Day with Garry Mitchell.
He assisted us to develop a well-structured session with interaction which ensured everyone was involved in some way to develop the action plan that was drawn up. Over the past 6 months I have used Keystar training to run Minute taking Courses for staff within Kent Police. The course fitted our requirements for the Personnel Assistants, Management Secretaries and Admin Assistants who required additional support and guidance in the taking of minutes.
The trainer was very accommodating, allowing space within the lesson plan to incorporate some bespoke Kent Police practices. I had an overwhelming response which resulted in a further 3 courses being run for a total of 30 staff. I can confirm that British Transport Police, London South Area has been a customer of Keystar Training for some time. My own personal involvement with the company goes back some three and a half years where I have sourced numerous training courses for members of our staff, whether that involved training being provided at their company premises or the trainer attend our own Area Headquarters.
I have always found their members of staff to be polite, helpful, organised, and professional. They also keep in regular contact and provide updates of training availability. The training provided has always been of the highest standard and value for money.

Bobbie, I just want to say thank you for organizing the brilliant Anger Management course that my staff undertook recently. I had all of my Youth Intervention Police Officers and PCSO’s go on the course run by Marcella and the feedback was excellent. I have heard comments back such as ‘Very well delivered’, and ‘Marcella is an excellent trainer very enthusiastic, warm, knowledgeable and fun’. ‘The training was excellent’.
The main comment throughout was how relevant and useful all of the staff found it and how much they were looking forward to putting it into practice with the Young People that they deal with.

Keystar delivered a days training in Managing Young People’s Behaviour to Youth Workers in Stoke on Tent, and the feedback was extremely positive both in terms of content and delivery style.
Youth Workers learnt about triggers that result in challenging behaviour; strategies for dealing with young people displaying challenging behaviour; techniques to diffuse situations quickly and effectively as well as techniques to manage young people’s anger and our own feelings of anger that may result from being involved in such situations.
The trainer was a true professional who knew his subject inside out and his style of delivery was participative and engaging. By the end of the training, Youth Workers felt equipped to deal with the challenging situations that they encounter in their work in youth centres and on the streets. They were truly motivated and inspired by the training, and wished it had been longer.
Keystar were professional and accommodating throughout, developed the training in order to meet the specific needs of our Youth Workers, and they even took time to match us with just the right trainer to deliver it.
