This 2hr webinar is suitable for individuals / managers who lead a team in a flexible working environment and who wish to support their team members, look after their wellbeing and get the best out of people working in a new normality.

 

This is a facilitated session where the trainer will pose questions, tease answers out of the delegates and shape the discussion to generate outputs that are contextual for the delegates in terms of the challenges and opportunities that they face.  Group discussions and breakout room sessions will provide outcomes to common or shared issues that delegates can take forward some of the answers from to their real work situations.
