Suitability and Overview

 This webinar is suitable for those working in or having an interest in an ‘Agile’ environment or who are required to work in an ‘Agile’ way, either now or in the future.

Agile is an iterative product-development / project management methodology in which teams work in brief, incremental “sprints,” and then regroup frequently to review the work and make changes. The agile methodology encourages frequent feedback and the ability to switch focus and priority quickly.

Scrum is a flavour of agile project management. It is a method of managing the design and build of a digital project in iterative increments i.e. those short bursts (the sprints).

Agile and Scrum are appropriate for fast-moving businesses or teams where the changing environment may require the ability to adapt development and plans more quickly.
